Tournament No Show Penalties: As outlined in Article III m. of the Pin Seekers Rules, all members on a tournament play list are expected to show up at the tournament site or cancel play in the tournament by notifying the Reservations Chairman no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the tournament. Failure to cancel before the cut off time will result in a ten dollar ($10.00) fine for the no show. The no show fee will be listed beside the member’s name on the scorecard until the fine is paid. Emergencies happen frequently in our age group and will be taken into consideration.
Items found on the Golf Course
All items turned in to the Pin Seekers scoring table after each tournament will be left at the golf course pro shop. If you leave or lose an item during a Pin Seekers golf tournament, you should call the golf course to see if was turned into the Pro Shop. Golf course pro shop telephone numbers can be found on the website.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificate
It is recommended that you use all gift cards/certificates promptly after a tournament. Some gift certificates will expire after 6 months. In addition, if you should misplace the gift card/certificate or run it through the washing machine it will be difficult and in many cases impossible to get the golf course to replace it. Pin Seekers maintains records of tournament winners; however, those records do not include gift card/certificate numbers or the dollar amount on each gift certificate. Also, the records that the golf course maintains do not list the individuals awarded the gift certificates. Redeem the gift cards/gift certificates or run the risk of losing them.
Golf Course Phone Numbers
A list of golf course phone numbers may be found on the Golf Course Locations page on the website by clicking on the particular Golf Course.

The spreadsheet lists the golf courses and all of the tee boxes and highlights the tee boxes that Pin Seekers will tee off from when playing each golf course. In addition, the tee boxes for each tournament will also be listed on the bottom of the Pin Seekers Scorecard.
